Tonight I am watching Spirited Away one of my all time favorite movies. I think tomorrow I will list the movies that I can watch over and over and never get tired of.

I have added the Hiroshima gallery today. That was the most sobering part of our trip when you see the Atomic Bomb Dome it starts to set in then when you go to the victims memorial hall it puts it all into perspective how stupid war really is. On a more upbeat note the city is very modern and if you are there by the train station you have to eat at the Asse just for the name. The food was wonderful we ended up eating there twice it was so good. It was this little shop in the Asse with an elderly mom and daughter running the place but wow could they cook it was the best okonamiyaki.

Just finished adding the Koyasan gallery. This is one of the most beautiful & picturesque locations I have ever seen. If you are in Japan Koyasan is a must, we stayed at the Sekishoin temple built in the 9th century its a little cold in March so night time bathroom trips are quick . The monks are very nice and helpful and the food at the temple is some of the best I had in Japan, considering that they are completely vegetarian ( I would not have known).
